Uniform scrutinizing:
Cmdr. Ruggieri, suggested the scrutinizing of uniforms should be
done discreetly and with kindness so that no one is embarrassed or
insulted. He told of an incident that
happened to him many years ago. Although
he felt that it may have been a little picky at the time. The person doing the scrutinizing of his
uniform said to him "I am only trying to help". So, we say to you that "We are only
trying to help". Remember to be kindly, and do it in a loving spirit, not
to embarrass or humiliate the person and to do so with permission from the
person. No one should touch your uniform
without first getting permission from you to do so.
